Return Policy

You may return any of the following items to Ebsretail.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error or if the item qualifies for Free Returns) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts):

Any book in its original condition. Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or video game. Unworn jewellery, watches, shoes, clothing and accessories (see "Returning Jewellery and Watches" and "Returning Shoes, Clothing & Accessories" below for more details)

You may return eligible baby items and toys to Ebsretail.com, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error) within 45 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts). Also, most health and personal care items can be returned within 60 days of delivery (subject to the exclusions below). Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items, grocery items, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery (45 days for eligible baby items and toys; 60 days for eligible health and personal care items). We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at Ebsretail.com.

Mistaken Returns
Please ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund. Ebsretail does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates or recycles them when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to Ebsretail, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Ebsretail cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to Ebsretail.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items
If you received a defective item that is sold by Ebsretail.com and need to replace it with the same item, visit our Returns Centre to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled by Ebsretail.com can't be replaced, but may be returned.

Using our Return Mailing Label
The return mailing labels obtained from the Ebsretail.com Returns Centre are valid only for returns shipped from within Canada; this includes items purchased from a third-party seller and fulfilled by Ebsretail from outside Canada. However, you can still use the Returns Centre for items shipped from Ebsretail.com to outside of India. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund. Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label. If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs and, if applicable, refund your Import Fees Deposit once the return is processed. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund along with any applicable Import Fees Deposit. The amount deducted will be the equivalent to our standard shipping costs for that item.

Returning a Gift
Gift returns are confidential. The Returns Centre allows gift recipients and gift givers to return items fulfilled by Ebsretail.com, even if the order wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it's returned. Once your return is processed, we'll send an Ebsretail.com Gift Card in the amount of the returned item(s) to the email address you enter on the Returns Centre form. If you're the gift giver, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method. You'll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don't have an order number, please contact us.

Returning a Gift Card
Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law). For more information about Gift Card limitations, see Ebsretail.com Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Returning an Ebsretail Handmade Item
Products sold by Handmade Makers are subject to the standard A-to-z Guarantee policies for Ebsretail.com. Additional information on customized Handmade products (i.e.: engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing), other than size and colour, can be found at Returning Customized.

Returning Automotive Items with a Published Manufacturer's Warranty
If you have purchased an automotive item shipped from and sold by Ebsretail.com, Ebsretail will directly honor the manufacturer's published warranty. Please contact Ebsretail Customer Service for assistance with a warranty claim.

Returning Baby Items and Toys
Eligible baby items and toys purchased from Ebsretail.com, or a seller but fulfilled by Ebsretail, are easily returned within 45 days of receipt of shipment via the Returns Centre. Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days after receipt of shipment. All other baby items and toys purchased from Ebsretail.com or a seller are easily returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns should be in new and unopened condition. You won't be charged return shipping costs for your return. To initiate a return of an item, whether purchased from Ebsretail.com or a seller, please visit the Returns Centre. Returning Customized Products
Customized products include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed (i.e.: engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing). Customized products sold by third-party sellers fall under the A-to-z Guarantee. To file a claim for these items please note the following: Notification to the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt of the item for return. Due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the Ebsretail A-to-z Guarantee. All product packaging (such as boxes) and (if applicable) certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.

Returning Electronics
Electronics purchased from Ebsretail.com, or a seller but fulfilled by Ebsretail, can be returned to Ebsretail.com within 30 days of delivery of shipment via our Returns Centre. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns of products (including musical instruments, televisions, or consumer electronics) missing the serial number or UPC; we will not issue refunds for such items. Note: Before returning items on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.

Televisions
Televisions purchased from Ebsretail.com, or a seller but fulfilled by Ebsretail, can be returned free of charge to Ebsretail.com within 30 days of delivery of shipment via our Returns Centre. The TV must be in new condition with the original packaging and accessories. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be accepted; refunds will not issue refunds for such items. Ebsretail.com is happy to accept returns for large TVs that are shipped via a specialty shipper. Ebsretail.com also offers free returns for eligible TVs that are shipped via a specialty shipper (TVs 50 inches and above, or any plasma TV). These items do require a special type of return and cannot be returned with a pre-paid return mailing label like standard shipments. If you need to return a TV purchased from Ebsretail.com, or a seller but fulfilled by Ebsretail, that was shipped via a specialty shipper, visit the Returns Centre and request the return. We'll follow up with instructions for returning the TV.

Returning Grocery Items
Grocery items and wine are not returnable to Ebsretail but may be refunded or replaced.

Returning Pet Food
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Ebsretail, but may be refundable.

Returning Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Ebsretail. Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Returning Jewellery and Watches
Jewellery items and watches with a value of Rs 1000 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method. All product packaging (boxes, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging. Items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Returning Mattresses
Unopened mattresses in original packaging are returnable via our Returns Centre. Unboxed, expanded, and full-size mattresses are not returnable to Ebsretail. If you're not satisfied with the quality of product, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty related information.

Returning Shipments without a Packing Slip
If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it via our Returns Centre. You'll be asked to select the relevant order from Your Account. If you want to return an item that was given to you as a gift, you can also return it via our Returns Centre. However, you will first need to ask the person who purchased the gift for you for the order number.

Returning Shoes, Clothing and Accessories
Shoes, clothing and accessories purchased from Ebsretail.com, or a seller but fulfilled by Ebsretail, can be returned free of charge to Ebsretail.com within 30 days of delivery of shipment via our Returns Centre. The items must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging. The items should be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items from The Drop collections are eligible for returns, but a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund due because the item is made-on-demand for you.
